I am fully insured, garda vetted and have training and certificates to work at heights and operate MEWP’s (mobile elevated work platforms).
I love to work with schools, its so rewarding to involve the students and change their learning environment. I am an experienced art educator with a master in art and design education and offer a range of workshops to involve your students as much as you'd like in the creation of their mural so they can feel proud ownership of it. Mural AR Experiences
Augmented reality can really add to the experience of a mural. What is augmented reality? AR is a technology that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user's view of the real world. By scanning a QR code or entering a link available at the mural site, the audience can view animated features through their phone that interact with the art work in the real world. Here you can see an example of AR in action at my Phil Lynott mural in Old Town Garden in Crumlin. I placed a sign at the mural site with a QR code and link that people can scan. Once they have scanned it they will see an animation of Phil singing “Old Town’ and when they point their phone towards Leighlin Road (where Phil lived), they will be able to see archive footage of Phil coming out of his house and walking up the street. It was a really fun project to work on and great to see Philo back in Crumlin again!
