Installations

"Birdbox Village" was an installation in the Body and Soul Area of the Electric Picnic Music and Arts Festival. Festival goers could peep into the different houses that were lit up inside at night. The boxes included the local bird bar, the artists studio, granny's house, Princess and the pea tower and the Birdhouse Theatre. 

When I was commissioned by The Ark to make a stop motion animation it was a great opportunity to experiment with a fun way to exhibit it at the children's art centre in Temple Bar. I installed the animations in a letterbox and a small theatre for birds! The children really enjoyed having to peek inside to view the animations!
